What is 24Topup?

24Topup is an online game top-up platform that lets you buy in-game items, game currency, and prepaid cards for popular mobile and PC games. We support many games including Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Genshin Impact, Valorant, and more.

How do I top up?

Choose your game → select a package → enter your UID (player ID) → pick a payment method → confirm your order. Most top-ups reach your account within 1–10 minutes.

What payment methods are available?

We support: 24Topup credit wallet, PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet, LINE Pay, and credit/debit cards via Stripe. You can top up your wallet in advance for faster checkout.

What is the credit wallet?

The credit wallet is a prepaid balance on your 24Topup account that you can use to purchase packages instantly. You can top up via PromptPay transfer or buy credit directly. The wallet is also used for loyalty rewards and VIP benefits.

Do I need to create an account to buy?

You can check out as a guest for one-off top-ups, but creating an account unlocks additional features: order history, saved UIDs, credit wallet, VIP discounts, coupons, referral program, and API keys for automated purchases.

How long does delivery take?

Most top-ups are processed within 1–10 minutes. In some cases during game maintenance or peak periods, it may take up to 1 hour. You will receive a confirmation email once the top-up is complete.

What happens if my top-up fails?

If a top-up fails after payment, our system automatically detects it and processes a refund to your original payment method or credit wallet. You can check your order status anytime from the orders page, or the guest order lookup if you checked out without logging in.

How do I get a refund?

Contact us via LINE @24Topup within 7 days of the transaction with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds apply when: delivery was not received, incorrect amount was charged, or the package was unavailable. See our full Refund Policy for all conditions.

What are API keys and how do I use them?

API keys allow developers to make purchases programmatically using the credit wallet. Go to Profile → API tab to generate keys. Send X-API-Key and X-API-Secret in request headers. See our full API docs at /open/docs.

How secure is my account?

We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption for all data, password hashing, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and two-factor authentication (2FA). API key secrets are SHA-256 hashed and cannot be recovered after creation. We never store full credit card details.

What is the VIP program?

Our VIP program rewards repeat customers with escalating benefits based on your cumulative spending. Benefits include higher discounts, larger purchase limits, faster order processing, and priority support. Check your current tier and benefits on the VIP Benefits page.

Can I refer friends and earn rewards?

Yes! Our referral program pays you commission on every purchase made by people you refer. Visit the Referrals page in your profile dashboard to get your unique referral link and track your earnings.

How do I make sure my game UID is correct?

Make sure you're copying the UID (player ID) from inside the game — not your username or nickname. We provide UID help guides for popular games showing exactly where to find your UID. You can also save your UIDs for future use.
